Pre-registration application 預先登記程序

Pre-registration is applicable to all registration other than (i) Charity places, (ii) 2017 volunteers and (iii) 7 year participants. 所有申請者必須進行預先登記 (慈善名額除外)。
 
All dates and times mentioned below refer to Hong Kong time. 以下所列之日期及時間為香港時間。

1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old on race day: Saturday 27 January 2018. 申請者必須於比賽當日最少年滿18歲，也就是2018年1月27日(星期六)。
2. Pre-registrations will not be allowed on behalf of others. All pre-registrations must be applied for using a unique e-mail address. 不可由他人代為進行預先登記程序。每一預先登記必須以獨立的電子郵件地址來進行。
3. Duplicate applications will not be allowed and such applications will be deemed invalid. 不可重覆申請；所有申請，一旦重覆，即告無效。
4. All ballot applicants must pre-register online between 9:00 on Friday 4 August 2017 and 21:00 on Monday 7 August 2017.   A "Pre-registration" link under "Entry" will be enabled on the HK100 website throughout this period. 所有申請抽籤參加者必須於2017年8月4日(星期五)上午9時至8月7日(星期一)下午9時於網上進行預先登記。在整段時間，於香港100網站 “報名”一頁中將顯示 “預先登記”的連結。
5. A non-refundable payment of HK$100 is required as a pre-registration application fee. The full proceeds, after deduction of third party payment processing charges, will be donated to charity by HK100. Pre-registrations without payment will be ignored. 每位申請者需要繳付港幣100元作預先登記程序之申請費。此費用於扣除第三方收取之處理費後，將由香港100撥捐作慈善用途，不作退還。所有未作繳費之預先登記將不作處理。
6. A ballot will be drawn.  It will be conducted in accordance with the rules about allocation of places. 主辦單位將根據“名額分配”之規章，以抽籤形式編配參賽名額予預先登記者。
7. All pre-registered applicants - whether successful or not - will be notified on Friday 11 August 2017 about the result of their application by email to their given email address. 所有申請者，不論成功與否，將會於2017年8月11日(星期五)通過提供的電郵地址獲得電郵通知。
8. Successful applicants will need to complete registration before 21:00 on Tuesday 15 August 2017, including payment of an entry fee (HK$1500), in order to confirm registration. If registration is not confirmed within this time frame, the application will be considered forfeit. 成功獲得參賽名額者，必須於2017年8月15日(星期二) 下午9時前完成報名程序，包括繳付參賽費用港幣1500元，以確認參賽資格。如申請者未能於上述時間完成報名程序，將喪失參賽資格。

​Charity place registration 慈善名額登記

1. Charity places are open for registration from 9:00 on Saturday 5 August 2017 on a first-come first-served basis. 慈善名額將於2017年8月5日(星期六)上午9時正起開放，以先到先得形式接受登記。
2. A “Charity registration” link under “Entry” will be enabled from 9:00 on Saturday 5 August 2017 until the quota is full. 於2017年8月5日(星期二)上午9時正起至額滿，在香港100網站 “報名”一頁中將顯示 “慈善報名”的連結。
3. Charity places will be considered confirmed upon payment of the entry fee of HK$3880. HK$2380 of the entry fee will be donated to charity by HK100. 慈善名額於繳付參賽費用港幣3880元時確認。當中港幣2380元將由香港100撥捐作慈善用途。
