​Middle Island Challenge (MIC) is an Open water swim race that suits swimmers of all abilities while starting/finishing at Victoria Recreation Club, Deep Water Bay. It has a long history since 2015, extending to 3.8km, adding sprint distance of  1.5km and 400m distances. 

Middle Island Challenge (MIC) includes 3 distances: 3.8km, 1.5km & 400m. We emphasize a friendly racing atmosphere welcoming all swimmers from beginners to the elites in a scenic setting at Deep Water Bay.

Registration Periods

Early Bird  - until 15th April (Monday 23:59)
Standard  - until 28th April (Sunday 23:59)
Late Entry  - until 5th May (Sunday 23:59)
